01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 24bdb ("24bdb", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://24bdb.io. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the 24bdb platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 24bdb platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where 24bdb uses the word "including", it means "including without limitation" and does not restrict the generality of the preceding phrase.

02 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the 24bdb platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 24bdb or had an account closed by 24bdb for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of 24bdb or any of its affiliated companies, unless 24bdb has provided prior written approval.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.

24bdb reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 24bdb platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 24bdb identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, any balances may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to keep that information current throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access or operate your account, or use another player's account. 24bdb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

24bdb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Standard deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 24bdb account balance within approximately 60 seconds of confirmation. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer methods (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 24bdb reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to the same account, or to a verified account held in the player's own name.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

24bdb is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the platform are subject to automated monitoring. 24bdb reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing, freeze account balances, and report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are derived from illegal sources or that the account is being used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified 24bdb account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance upon deposit confirmation. To convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash, the player must complete the stated wagering requirement, which is set out in full on the relevant promotion page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by 24bdb are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to completion by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

The individual terms of each seasonal promotion, including any bonus amounts, qualifying games, wagering requirements, and validity periods, will be published on the promotions page of the 24bdb platform at the time the promotion is made available.

06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games on the 24bdb platform that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) — including slots, virtual table games, and number-based games — operate using certified RNG technology. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including 24bdb itself. 6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Tests featuring the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the specific market rules published in the sportsbook section of the 24bdb platform. Bet settlement is determined by official results issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA). 6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure — whether affecting an RNG casino game, a live dealer stream, or a sports betting market — 24bdb reserves the right to declare the affected round, bet, or wager void and to return the relevant stake to the player's account balance. A malfunction voids all pays and plays for the affected round. 24bdb will not be liable for any perceived loss of winnings or expected outcomes resulting from a technical malfunction.

6.4 Live Casino Rules

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 24bdb platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 24bdb platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; create derivative works based on 24bdb content; use any 24bdb trademark, logo, or brand asset without express written consent; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform; or frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the 24bdb platform on any third-party website.

Game content (including slots, live casino games, and crash games) is licensed to 24bdb by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. 24bdb's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

24bdb does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, platform maintenance, technical failures, connectivity issues, or events beyond 24bdb's reasonable control (including telecommunications outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, or changes in applicable law).

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 24bdb account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

11.2 Termination by 24bdb

24bdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by 24bdb due to a breach of these Terms, 24bdb reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, and real-money balances held in the account where such balances are directly connected to the breach (for example, where funds were deposited via a fraudulently obtained payment method).

12 Amendments to These Terms

24bdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
